　　The most important wealth of FIN is not profit but various talents who are helpful for FIN’s development. Those talents will own the world, so we should try our best to continuously build and enlarge our talent troops and supply them with the best conditions to encourage them to exert themselves to the largest extent in FIN. This is the value idea we have been aspired after. As to profit, it is a necessity for an enterprise, just like the importance of air, sunshine and water for human beings which are the basic factors for human beings’ lives, but it is not the final purpose. When the enterprise develops to a certain degree, the consumption of the shareholders only takes up a small part of the profit while more is put into all kinds of conditions for enlarging the reproduction. The conditions and targets of reproduction do not exist in the same rank order, if we do not have adequate conditions we can not prate about target. If we regard the existing precious condition as the target, it will become vulgar. One of my Japanese friends once said ”People disperse while money gathers and money disperses while people gather”. If we help the talents become rich and gather more talents into FIN, the group full of cooperative talents is certain to become the giant in the mechanical industry. So talents are the most important wealth and are the embodiment of value. This is also the embodiment of humanism.

For outside of the Company, FIN’s biggest wealth is possessing more respects and reliances from its customers. On the basis of keeping the quantity and services of our products, we make the customers understand and acknowledge more culture and managements of FIN through the products of FIN. Then we can gain more respects and reliances which is more important than directly getting profit. This is a kind of genuine wealth which will not devalue forever. FIN will develop eternally and healthily on the basis of such respects and reliances.
